It's surprising how many people aren't members of the exec club.
When dealing with cases, I'd say maybe a third aren't members at all.
When I ring them to discuss their issues, I'll always suggest they join and explain the benefits.

I'm surprised it's as low as 30% to be honest.
The number of people who I meet who wouldn't bother joining is untrue. Certainly my parent's would say something like "we don't fly enough to bother" and I know a huge number of my friends would think the same way.
