Not sure if it's known. But I'll post it anyway.
For those of you that have experienced delayed baggage are probably aware how slow it can be to get an update.

There's various things being introduced to improve this. One of which is highlighted below:

In May 2016 a new baggage portal will be launched giving customers access to the latest information about the location of their bags and the ability to update their delayed bag le via ba.com.
