Does anyone have any experiences on traveling by land using the old global entry card that has the old citizenship?

1. I used to be a green card, now US citizen
2. visited the GE office to have the citizenship updated
3. have flown into the US using new passport several times no problem

But now I want to travel by land from canada, it looks like I get to use the nexus lanes, but the physical GE card still has my old citizenship on it. GOES is updated with my US passport however.

Does anyone know if I'll need to request a replacement card? If so what do i select on GOES, just that it's 'damanged'?

Will I have any issues going through nexus lane using the old card that still says i'm a citizen of another country?
