To Whom it may concern,

I’m trying to book flight for 2 from AUS to SIN, Feb XX to Feb XX. For days I get an error online that the fare shown is no longer available.

I have called the EXP desk, talked to the AA web team, as well as reservations and all say that they can’t figure out what is going on. When they try to book my preferred itinerary, they get an error from JAL that the ticket can’t be confirmed.
Flights requested are:

April XX
AUS-LAX (AA 183)
LAX-NRT (AA 169)
NRT-SIN (AA 8482 – operated by JAL)  This is the problem segment!

April XX

SIN-NRT (AA 8413 -operated by JAL)
NRT-DFW (AA 60)
DFW-AUS (AA 2482)

The flights should all be booked into the “N” fare bucket, but the JAL segment to SIN fails, although the inventory shows that at least 7 seats are still available in that fare bucket:

No one seems to be to address this issue for me.

Thank you,
Teemuflyer

Seriously, this is the best they can do??
This is the typical first response from AA. Note how it doesn't even mention what the problem is. There is an ongoing debate if a human ever sees the message before a response is sent. Typically the second contact will get someone to address the issue. Try another contact asking for specific action and see what you get.
