On these tickets Y has to be booked in B and J in C. Only thing I don't understand is why would anyone use these tickets? Generally from what I have seen, for the price of one Y ticket you can get 2 tickets in V or sometimes H and certainly in L or Q which with the new SSWU's at least you can upgrade. The only reason I would buy a Y is to be able to upgrade at time of booking (with changes in the certs this year I'd book in M, no I don't live with my certs so I can't reference them now in case I'm making a mistake) which is more than can be said for the Y class ticket from these companion fares.
As an aside, I just read my companion cert from Aerogold and I can't find anywhere on the front or back that I can't upgrade or which tickets do or do not earn miles. Could someone (presumeably Empress) please clarify?
