When I go to that page it's fixed to 'Our cheapest fares from London in Economy' - I realise I can change the class of travel but I cannot see where I can change the 'from' city.
It's a bit inconsistent, since they haven't matched up all the cities to everywhere, but if you log into (e.g.) Denmark/English and follow the links through then the From and To can be changed accordingly.
If you are trying to do it from domestic locations then it's more or less an add-on so London is good enough most of the time. Less so close to departure.
