As for the 'conversly' part:
AY lands a the far end of A-gates and it is quite a walk to baggage claim. 10 minutes
Baggage delivery is hit&miss at CPH so another 10-20 minutes.
Then you need to make your way back to low-cost check in terminal, to drop bag, another 5-10 minutes.
Drop bag might be quick or not. Don't count on AB having a business/prio check in desk.
Security is close by, but don't count on AB boarding pass working in the fast track. 5-10 minutes.
Then back to A-gates, 5 minutes.
