Would like to use some of my 2004 Elite certificates for the family trip in April YVR <-> OGG. I used the Diners Club Companion Ticket Certificate for one paid and one free ticket. Is either the paid or free ticket upgradable, assuming use of correct certificate? Do either or both tickets earn points?
