Agreed, the QF F lounge is much nicer than the AA Flagship lounge, I can recommend the minute steak if you have time to dine.

I used this lounge two weeks ago, although technically strictly by Oneworld rules as I understand it, BAEC Gold would allow you access even without a international connecton, it certainly helped on the entry to be able to show the international flight.
