I'm flying to Honolulu via LAX in Club World with almost 5 hours layover. My BA itinerary shows access to lounges except at LAX. The LAX to HNL leg is with AA, can I access the American Admirals club at Terminal 4.
You can access the Admiral's lounge at T4, and you can also us the Qantas lounge at TBIT – which is much nicer.
After clearing customs, you can either go back through security at TBIT, or enter T4 and use the new airside connector and walk back to the Qantas lounge at TBIT.
