I'm travelling soon IAD-CLT-LAX. I used a BusinessExtra certificate a couple of weeks ago to upgrade CLT-LAX by telephone. Do I give the certificate to the ticket counter at IAD or will the CLT gate agent require it? (I don't want the IAD ticket agent to collect it if the gate agent in CLT will expect it and possibly move me to Y.)
