MH el-cheapo business class promos do not earn anything on BAEC for a good few years now. The RJ promo fares do not earn either, I believe but there is some debate about those. Both of them are business class promo fares that all sold directly by the airline.

Expect to see more of it in the future.

It is - by the way - the operating airline that decides IF miles and/or points are earned in the respective programs, as they are paying for it.
