It's a flawed concept at this time.... the technology isn't ready for it yet.

Too many standards/phone to support to begin with, cumbersom if it doesn't work from the lock screen, cumbersome to get multiple keys, etc. Who needs a work in progress for getting into your room, that's not a function to beta test.

And Hyatt IT resources can be used for better things!
