Only when it influences what I can do. If there's a reason to believe the flight's going to be cancelled, then let me know so I can start looking into alternatives. If the flight's going to be seriously late, let me know so I can notify anyone meeting me, reschedule a meeting, etc.

If it's "we're in line for takeoff, going to be another 15 minutes," followed 5 minutes later by "we're still in line, going to be another 10 minutes," that's not particularly helpful.
