My reading is that bag check cutoff is 60 minutes at LHR, does that match received wisdom?

Assuming so, all I need to do is jet through immigration, collect bags from left luggage, schlep them to T3, check them and cruise back through fast track security. Assuming all on time (ha!) almost 90 minutes for that sounds like a lot. Am I missing something?
