Had a night here last night. Booked a Queen room and upgraded to a King. (As a Diamond I assume). Offered two bottles of water on arrival and asked if I wanted breakfast or points. Good soundproofing from outside, but I could hear people in the next room talking, and they weren't being loud. Also, the doors all slam shut, you can't seem to close them gently.

It was ok, a bargain I guess as I booked in the sale, but I did miss the lovely Sofitel bed where I'd usually stay.

Upgrade appeared on the morning of the stay, not when e-checkin opened the day before.
