Unfortunately, AFAIK oneworld lounge access rules will prevent you as EP from accessing oneworld lounges based on tier status as well.

It's possible BA or CX lounge personnel will overlook this, but IMO it's doubtful.

A $99 90 day Admirals Club membership admits to Clubs any time you can access over 90 30 days' time, so that BOS shower would be possible.
