I'm planning to travel to seoul and singapore this summer/fall. I plan on using my UR points through korean air because they offer one way awards with a free stopover in Seoul. However, the fees and taxes on award travel are higher on korean air. Is there another UR partner or other mileage program that will let me book a korean air flight without the higher fees?
