SWA does "just mail" to notify/congratulate you upon reaching A/A+/CP Status.

They are however quite efficient at emailing to tell you "your flight is just around the corner" & will have TV, WiFi, etc. <shrug>
I can't get to my offer just now but I recall it said I would receive an email within 24 hours.
