Pretty much all over SE Asia as I mentioned above, with the exception of big city centre hotels. Check out http://www.accorhotels.com/gb/hotel-...ka/index.shtml for instance.

And even back in Europe, look at the Ibis Budget brand which is of course cheaper than a normal Ibis. The one at Lyon airport only costs €54. All things Ibis is discussed here in the Accor forum.
