Is anyone aware of a top-notch winery anywhere in Australia that is affiliated with a B&B? The only one I know is a winery in Napa that shall be nameless that has both great wine and great accomodation (and yes, I know that Napa is far from Oz).

The Hunter Valley Cooperage which was mentioned before are part owners of and contained within the Kelman Vineyard, a boutique winery in the Hunter Valley that is just making a name for itself at the moment.

It is only 5 Star B&B within a vineyard in the Hunter. All others are lower rated, outside vineyards or are large resort style establishments. This is a rare combination!

The accommodation is contemporary, everyone raves about the food, the wine is sensational (having just won silver at the Hunter Valley wine show, beating Rothbury, Tyrells, Capercaille, Petersons & Brokenwood to name a few) and the cellar door is walking distance from the B&B.

Not that you would have to walk that far as weekend guests get to sample all the wines!

I can assure you that Hunter Valley Cooperage is the best value B&B in the Hunter offering amenities & service you will only find at much more expensive establishments.
