Yes for both.

1. Visa GC for Warehouse

Visa card basically means a card that has the Visa logo. It can be a Citi Costco Anywhere Card, any non-Citi Visa cards (per Citi's agreement with MC, all cobranded cards should be converted to a MC), a debit card, etc.

2. AMEX for Online

Since Costco does not impose any restrictions on online payment, it will be safe to assume that it will continue.
