You best use the paid for left luggage facility in landside Arrivals. There is a staffed cloakroom in CCR, and Arrivals, but it would be irresponsible to leave your bags there and go elsewhere. It is also non-trivial, once airside, to get landside and back again. It can be done by the two routes often mentioned here (hourly supervised service out, transit to T5C) but it is hassle all round. The Arrivals lounge closes at 14 hrs.
