Hello, similar challenge, tried to call You First but after 15 min of music gave up. email form does not seem to work for me (last time I tried I never got a reply, and today was getting error messages)

I will arrive early morning at LHR, connecting to a long haul flight at 6pm the same day. I have some carry-on luggage that I would like to store in the lounge. I need to attend a meeting landside for a couple of hours. I am flying CW but have CCR access.

- is there a way to store bags in the CCR and head landside for 2-3 hours ? how difficult is the 'getting landside' part ?
- if not, could I use the arrivals lounge ? keeping in mind I am arriving short haul and it says upthread that you have to stay in the lounge
