Premier rooms are in Tower 2 as are I think almost all room types with club access (as the club itself is in tower 2). It is these room types which typically come with the inclusive transfers.
The exception is I think the deluxe suite which is in tower 1 but does come with the transfer as part of the rate. My rule of thumb guide is that tower 2 room types have a yellow/gold interior colour palate whilst tower 1 rooms have a burgundy colour palate. This is reasonably clear in the room pictures.
As I understand it according to the letter of the SPG T&C's a luxury collection property does not have to give lounge access to Plats unless they are upgraded to a room type which confers lounge access. Only Westins and Sheratons are obliged to give Plats lounge access where they have a lounge. As mentioned above the GH is a great property and do not stick by this rule but they could especially if guests start playing silly buggers and start trying to stretch their eligible benefits
At a property like the GH this is quite important as many of the upgraded rooms given to Plats do not come with Lounge access (e.g. anything in tower 1, the apartment suites in either tower etc.). It isn't wise in this context to be a smartarse re: rate inclusions ahead of a stay IMHO.
