Re: the IT point, I think the spirit of my argument applies here as well. Does AC's IT suck? Yes. Does it need to? Not at all. If other airlines can get the pre-order thing to work, there is no reason why AC shouldn't be able to. The only reason AC doesn't have its game together is because of the lack of true competition in this country and a general defeatist attitude among its customers. Why should AC bother to improve anything if its customers are happy to make excuses on its behalf?
