The whole "you shouldn't use your mycash paypal money for debit card purchases" seems like a scare tactic. Why Oh why would Paypal care if I spent the money i loaded at Walmart.com vs Walmart?

If Paypal was so concerned with paypal mycash abuse why wouldn't they place mycash money in a separate area of paypal?
