As I have said before, the one thing that people with food sensitivities would benefit most from, with the least change to the menu, would be simply disclosing in greater detail what is being served in which meal, and what ingredients are in things. It is clear the menu is finite, although it may rotate from period to period and route to route. At the same time, it's still finite, and could easily be a database that a passenger who cared could search and be reassured or select accordingly. It is my responsibility to "eat around" my sensitivities, and allergies, but a million times easier to do that if they say what they're serving. With all the attention to food waste, I don't want to bring food on and find the meal selections are AOK for me and I don't want to starve on a transcon because I rolled the dice and crapped out. I know, AC IT, but this would help SO much.
