I wish there were a sticky with recommended TAs who were knowledgeable and experienced in issuing Explorer tickets.

Is there a way to compile a list of FT members (working as TAs) who are either working in places like Japan and South Africa, or who have colleagues in those locations who are able/willing to issue such tickets?
