I should be platinum after two stays , now im on my sixth stay still gold the reason of that is how very slow marriott post the stays on my account !!
I want to enjoy my platinum status my stays well end at the 9th of APR what can i do ?
Called them and they say can't do any thing , got the bills of my last stays told them i can send the docs by email thay say no !!
Any suggestions plz ?
