I just don't really see how you can measure "too much", it's like a piece of string. I would much rather that someone finds they have too much information than telling us they weren't kept updated or informed or feel they weren't given the real reason for a delay because it was easier not to tell people. We regularly get in feedback that people appreciate updates from the Flight Crew and when it's delivered well, it really does make a massive difference to a lot of people's journeys.
