If you look for flights on united.com in First Class they will show flights operated by Swiss as First Class tickets in their matrix although they book in Business (P) which I think is Business Lowest on Swiss. Seems like a pretty nasty bug if people actually expect a First Class seat. The operated by Swiss is easy to miss and the Business (P) is only visible when you expand the detail view of the booking. All other information in the Matrix makes you believe you're actually buying a First Class ticket.
Anyone else had this before?
I've seen this with other airlines too, such as LH. I've learned to always double check the P (business) versus A (first) on the Details section.
