The upgrade was pre assigned days prior to check in. Thus, I am entitled to what is included the the upgrade room type! Yes, the upgrade may change prior to me arriving to the property,and for it does, so be it, no problem.

I am not getting " a free upgrade" as you say ! I earned the right to higher class of room based on my loyalty!

I'm not cheap and could care less about a lousy transfer, believe me. I am however , detail oriented. Thus, give me what's in black and white, if not, change what's in black and white!

I just want clarity and clear and specific rules.
