Then it was probably a Manager wearing one of the "new" uniforms that have been seen. I saw a gate agent with one on a couple of weeks ago in YYZ. I think the Jackets look nice and on the right side they have a little Red accent that is pretty cool. Also I think everyone gets a Red Tie now. So before a Manager would have a Blue Tie -- Like a SD (blue Tie or Scarf) but now it looks like everyone gets Red so you will have to read the Tag to find out what their title is.
