Document security changes would be looked at kindly in terms of those countries getting back on the path of easing entry/travel conditions for ordinary Argentine passport users. The document security related changes wouldn't be enough by themselves to move them to change immediately, but there is enough of an intergovernmental channel of communication and coordination that the adjustments would mean the removal of a key stumbling block.
