To clarify some things. I used to be a non resident and married to a US citizent. We lived in my country. We visited several times together. We could not go through immigration lines together. In the same time we were a family so we were asked to have only 1 form. That did not really work out with immigration. THe citizent line wanted him to have the form . The non resident line wanted me to have the form. In the same time they did not us to have 2 forms. Plus any decleration was for both of us. And to make things worse I was a lot of times acussed of wanted to immigrate since I was married to A citizent. So they could not understand why we lived in Europe.
