It's getting tiring seeing excuses for crappy a/c because it's a leisure market. So what? those planes are PACKED during spring break and holidays, and the fares the airlines charge for those times can be stupid expensive. It shouldn't be too much to expect an aircraft in a reasonable level of repair (i.e., things not held by duct tape) and advertised items, such as food for FREAKING PURCHASE, actually available to, you know, purchase.
