It is the flight number and booking class which is relevant, not whether it was ticketed by ba or AA. A ba ticketed AA flight on a domestic flight with F, A, or P booking class gets 210/60 TPs.

The logic is AA brand it as first and provide first booking classes, so it gets first class points.
