Congratulations on reaching Silver sxc, and indeed it will take a day or two for the colour to change on the App. The Qualifying Flights bit is a somewhat out of sync, so if you have done your 4 flights you can ignore that until the next membership year. At least your lounges are now sorted.
Yes I figured I just have to wait. My Bronze transfiguration happened a day after all the flights posted.
Regarding the lounges, on my last sector the lounge attendant was taking ages with the computer to check me in, and I could see her typing in my CX number into the system. So I made sure to go to the guest services counter and make sure my BA number was still in my boarding pass - and sure enough, it had to be changed back to my BA number. Now at least I don't have to worry about that!
