"Summer" as in NZ winter?

I'm looking at several ZQN locations myself for July. Copthorne and Millennium is about $135NZD; Heritage $160NZD (all before GST).

I'm also looking at Villa del Lago for $165 (includes GST). There are also some places in Wanaka if you are heading to Treble Cone.
