CSR added the apostrophe and the vowel to his name right on the phone and I was done

checked online right after hanging up and it was fixed

I do my share of complaints to AA but kudos is due here for a really pain free fix

As for the apostrophe, he was named when he was adopted, I thought about changing the name but decided against it as he had enough change in his life at that point in time; he uses a shortened version of it anyway. However when flying as you are all well aware, nicknames don't go very far
