I was the last to leave the plane and there were about 200 people from my flight lining up for security and 4 people waiting at the transit desk,presumably because they did not have onward BPs.
There was no one asking anyone to get the BP verified or anything.
Good to hear this, and it seems that the policy has changed. Because there was absolutely no reason in my mind being asked to queue up. I did query with the officer directing us to the counter, showing my passport and onward boarding pass at the time, and was politely shown the extended arm to the transfer desk.
Not a major issue, but it was frustrating timewasting exercise as far as I was concerned.
