It's also the Easter long weekend here in Australia so normal staffing won't resume till tomorrow. I would suggest contacting the hotel directly as well. You shouldn't have any issues sorting it out in my experience.
I will follow up with another email to the hotel Midweek. Much prefer they reply me in writing via email than verbal conversation. Need written records on the resolution in situation like this.
