All the same, at a broader level, I think there are a number of good things and nuggets of advice in the OP's post. Initially, I decided not to read the post because I didn't want to dedicate the time to reading what seemed like endless paragraphs. But today I thought I'd better read it through and I'm glad I did. I totally share the idea of dreaming about realizing your goals and the concept of creating an image, or series of images, about something you want, either in your head or on a poster board. I've done this in the past (for example, when looking for a place to rent or live) and had positive results. These days I don't do it so much, but I am inspired to consider that approach again!

Maybe it's an approach more suited to artistically minded types such as myself, but, some 25 years older than the OP, it won't hurt to try and view things from a fresh perspective. Unfortunately, I would not consider HON status, or something similar, as one of my lofty goals, but maybe as a byproduct of one of my other goals. Sorry for that very un-FT like statement!
