Where to stay and time needed to visit forrest

Hi!

I did two previous overnight visits to San Juan (without driving) so I did the Old San Juan, Ram Factory, Fotress and other spots reachable by trolly and bus already and stayed at Hilton both times.

I will be visiting San Juan again (last time before I leave the country) and would like to visit more natural and forrest place:

(must)El Yunque (visiter center and a trail walk)
(must)Cave Tram Tour: Rio Camuy
(is this good?) Parque Ceremonial Indigena de Caguana

I will rent a car this time. I know the cave is in Arecibo. But where is the Forrest? and where is the beach many mentioned in the previous posts?

also, should I still stay in San Juan? (Hilton again)[b]

My Current plan is:
Day 1:Arrive SJU at 7:30PM (Don't know what to do at night, not a fan of clubbing/pub)
Day 2: AM: El Yunque, PM Lxxxxxx Beach
Day 3: AM Rio Cave, 2pm flight Deaprture

Is this enough time? Day 3 seems risky but I don't know if I can do both forrest and Cave in the same day. also, I can have a choice to take the 5pm departure flight but it will arrrive DFW (next stop) at 9pm. I am worry about the safety in TX at night.

I cannot spend too much money and time since it is only part of my USA "Farewell" trip.

please advice!!

THANKS!!!
