I can't comment if you sent a regular email. But, if you used that form, your information gets entered into the proprietary software module that all Carlson hotels use. After the form is coded (compliment, complaint, question), the request is sent to the hotel. The hotel has to respond within a set time frame or they get penalized.

[Note: I beta-tested the software when I worked at a corporate-owned Radisson property.]

Also, unless you are asking a question directly related to Club Carlson, I'd avoid them and use the Customer Care phone number: 800-615-7253. If you call them (or use the form on the page above), your question will get logged. If you don't get a timely answer, you can call that toll-free number and ask for an update.
Thanks for the help tips.

I used the online form found under Contact Us when under logged in. It autofilled the Club Carlson member name and account number, picked Reservation subject.
On the auto-reply it carries an ID number for the inquiry.
The next day a CSR replied said the email was forwarded to the hotel management for the hotel to directly reply my inquiry.
I have not received anything from the hotel - neither replying to my direct email to the reservation nor the inquiry forwarded by Club Carlson.
Plan to call Club Carlson Customer Care Monday.
I also found the Club Carlson Customer Service Exec's email address from Christopher Elliott's site though I hope I dont need to resort to that.
