They encode the mileage amount in the booking fare code. It's in increments of 100 miles. The 625 in the your CSM625 fare code indicates you paid 62.5K miles each way. When you go to book an award, you can see it in the "fare rules" link before check-out. For example, a 10K coach award is YSMS100, a domestic first 45K award is FSS450, etc. Maybe they will require the current mileage amount to be the same (or lower?) to SDC?

I should add this doesn't appear to be new. I have a coach award for 17.5K miles I purchased back in January that has this in receipt. DTW-MEX-SJD one-way ticket.
DTT DL X/MEX AM SJD0.00YSM175/FFN11 USD0.00END

I'm seeing some odd broken fare awards. For example, I see DTW-SFO-LAX for 18K with two fares in the rules.
DTW-SFO is YSLS145 for 14.5K and the SFO-LAX segment is YSMS035 for 3.5K for 18K total. You can book the flights separately for those amounts.
