I've used http://www.skyauction.com for some Bahamas stays.

Visa Credit Card also has promotions if you lodge in the Bahamas, like use your Visa CC and get a $100 food & Beverage credit if you stay 3 nights, or a special night rate using Visa CC, I found out about the Visa CC special when booking the Hilton Nassau on Hilton.com.
