If any hold bags are checked through to AGP from JFK, I think 2 hours would be fine, though as pointed out above, you are not protected if it goes wrong. MCT at MAD for a T4S>T4 connection on the same ticket is 55 mins, so even with a 1 hour delay you'd probably be ok, depending on the lines at immigration. You have to clear immigration at T4S, take the shuttle to T4, clear security at T4 and then head to the I2 flight gate. I've done that in 22 mins with carry-on only, but I wouldn't recommend that timescale...

If the bags are only checked to MAD, this becomes extremely tight, baggage collection is in T4, and it tends to take a while to arrive for flights that come into T4S. You then have to go out, up to departures and check the bags in time for the AGP flight, reclear security in departures and get to the gate. Risky...
