Well actually processing upgrades per the published priority is as much of an entitlement as any other MP perk.
And "UA" did not throw out its rules here . . . the system erred and the GA wasn't willing to fix the problem. That warrants a complaint (farther up the chain IMO), because UA has in the past acknowledged that these sorts of errors are
not its intent.
